Explore the power of the breath in a safe environment. This is a journey using breath and music. Deep rhythmic breathing with awareness moves energy in the body while tapping into the nervous system, creating an
expanded state of consciousness.

Yoga Nidra
Led by Klaudia Kulbacka
Yoga Nidra, which translates to "psychic sleep," is a relaxation
technique rooted in ancient Indian yoga tradition. It involves lying down comfortably and guiding the mind through a series of steps to induce a state of deep relaxation, similar to sleep but with full awareness.

Ice Baths

You'll have two options to immerse yourself in the power of cold therapy: Face Plunge with Snorkel or a Full Body Plunge. Both are transformative experiences designed to reset your nervous system, boost resilience, and unlock powerful states of clarity and energy.

Sacred Surrender
Led by Oksana Hansen
In this short yet powerful session, we’ll explore the art of release—how surrender isn’t about weakness but about making space for something greater. Through story, reflection, and a simple yet profound practice, you shift what no longer serves you and step into a lighter, freer version of yourself.

As a college athlete, supposedly at the pinnacle of health, Carrie began suffering from several common health issues, which only worsened after the birth of her first child. Armed with a BS in Biology, an MS in Nutrition, and certifications as a personal trainer, massage therapist, and breathing coach, she still couldn't find the root of her issues. That was, until she found quantum health. Now, after more than 10 years in the field, Carrie's relentless enthusiasm to learn has made her one of the leading educators in this emerging field. She combines deep research and clear explanations of the complex quantum mechanisms at play in the human body to teach people how to use light, water, and nature to thrive. She's a sought-after speaker and guest lecturer and the lead faculty member of the Applied Quantum Biology program.
